Dead Faith, Dead Works While Catholicism does profess the trinity of God and important aspects of the gospel, it promotes some of the very sins that Jesus died for. It is dangerously contradictory.  “Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.” (James 2:19) It is not enough to merely claim to believe in God and Jesus if that faith is dead. Jesus Christ Is God Jesus Christ is the everlasting God, equal with the Father.
